ANDIF is committed to complying with applicable federal and state disclosure requirements for charitable organizations while promoting transparency and accountability to our donors, partners, and the communities we serve. As these documents become available, they will be published here or made available upon request, as required by law.
The following information will be made available, as applicable:
IRS Annual Information Returns – Copies of the Foundation's IRS Form 990 series filings (including Form 990, Form 990-EZ, or Form 990-T, when applicable).
IRS Recognition Documents – Copies of the Foundation's IRS exemption application, supporting documentation as required by law, and the IRS determination letter recognizing the Foundation's tax-exempt status.
Required Redactions – Certain information, including donor information protected under applicable law, may be redacted from publicly disclosed documents.
Charitable Contribution Acknowledgments – Written acknowledgments for qualifying charitable contributions will be provided to donors in accordance with applicable IRS requirements.
Quid Pro Quo Contribution Disclosures – When required by law, the Foundation will provide written disclosures describing the fair market value of any goods or services provided in exchange for a charitable contribution.
Other Required Public Notices – Any additional disclosures or notices required under applicable federal or state law will be published or provided as appropriate.
Requests for copies of publicly available disclosure documents may be submitted to press@alliedninjadevindepencefoun.onmicrosoft.com. The Foundation will respond to requests in accordance with applicable legal requirements and organizational policy.
